A minimal FastAPI service built from this repo's Dockerfile. If you can read this over HTTPS, GitFred cloned the repo, built the image in-cluster with kaniko, pushed it to the registry, and rolled it out behind TLS.

• The Dockerfile build path: kaniko build → registry push → rollout
• A dynamic server consuming the injected $PORT (not a fixed port)
• The image runs as non-root (USER 10001) under a locked-down pod
